Karl, To get the evaporator thermistor which is what this unit uses, you would need to get the evaporator fan motor W11087438. Typically the heater is not going to be the issue. The manufacturer is not listing the heater for the Fresh Food section.

Ran Diagnostics and the only thing to fail is Service Test 3 part 4 = Both RC & FC fans on. When I run this part of the test the fridge shuts down and PO is displayed when it powers back on. Since part 2 = FC fan on did not fail. I assume that the RC fan must be the bad part. Are you in agreement? Also I noticed the bottom drawer freezer was not working as things were thawing. Would the RC fan cause the freezer not to work or is it just the fact that the fridge is shutting off every 10 min or so with PO error code? Thanks for any help here and shoot me a link to the part you think I will need.

Andrew, the unit continuously shutting off and on will cause the appliance to thaw out. Based on the information provided, it sounds like the refrigerator section evaporator fan W11087438 has a short in it. This can be identified by accessing the evaporator fan in the back of the refrigerator (behind the air tower and evaporator cover) and unplugging the fan. If the appliance will start to function without turning on and off, the fan has been verified as being the cause of failure.

I'm getting a loud vibrating sound coming from the back of the inside of the refrigerator compartment. I've pulled the ice maker out of the top but the noise continued. Could it be the fan motor making the vibrating noise. I didn't fully disassemble the refrigerator but I could push on the back panel and the noise would diminish some. I could also feel the vibration from the outside on the back of the refrigerator. I could really use some help on this. Refrigerators are not my specialty.
