Hello Joel! You will need to open the freezer door and look under the dispenser box. You will see the screws you will need to remove to change out the motor assembly. Remove the screws securing the motor and replace it with the new motor assembly. Hope this helps.

Hello Joel! Make sure you are getting voltage to the motor when you are pressing the paddle. If you are, then it is bad and will need to be replaced, part number WP2212363. If you are not, then you are looking at different parts to replace.

Hello. You can test the motor using a multi-meter MA-DM1 to see if you are getting power to it. If power is there, but the motor is not running, then you have a bad motor. The door switch will have to be closed to perform this test. Hope this helps.

With the door open, and the switch set to on. You can hold the cover closed and see if the emmiter eyes make up. Be sure and don't let anything get in the way of the two openings. The light should turn to a solid red, indicating the boards are fine. If it still flashes, then you have bad emmiter boards.W11629974
