Larry for Model Number KHHC2090SSS0

This microwave was making nocking noise when rotating in one direction and was quiet when going the other direction. Now an error code came on F2.Q1-touch fema, what does this message mean? I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and the message went away, tested the unit with a cup of water and it worked normal. About an hour later, it started beeping on it's own and showed the same error code above which will not allow the keyboard to work and says to contact service repairman. It smells like wires are shorted. I unplugged the unit and took it off, then put it on the bench. Please advise. Larry

Larry, F2.Q1 > Not reading keypad inputs - 1. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power. 2. Replace the user interface board (UIB). 3. Replace the door control assembly. You'll need to check the W10470182 wire harness in the door and replace the WPW10391280 User Interface Board. For the knocking noise, check the turntable support and spacer 8205994 and 8184109 to make sure their in position and seated on the motor shaft properly.
