Brian, You can't find the dispenser housing, because it isn't available from the manufacturer. To repair the dispenser pin tabs you'll need to order part no. 8201756 Broken Tab Ice Door Kit. It'll have all the parts needed and instructions to help simplify the repair.

Rc for Model Number ED5FHEXTS00

The frame part identified as #1 in the ice dispenser diagram is broken. No part number is provided, so I assume I can't purchase this. Is this assumption correct, or can you provide ordering information. Please do not suggest the door repair kit, none of these parts has failed. The integral feature (molded into part 1) that holds the door hinge pin (part 5) in its proper place has failed and the remaining parts in the door kit (new or old) cannot be installed without this frame feature in tact. If no frame (part 1) is available, do you have any recommendation for repairing the failed part?

Hello RC, The dispenser enclosure is not a part that can be purchased, but if the plastic clip broke off for the ice door then you will want to use part ice door kit 8201756. There will be instruction included in box on how to install the part.

Hello Jeff. The metal plate in the kit 8201756 fixes that problem. Without the kit, you would have to replace the freezer door assembly. Hope this helps.

Mike, You will need to purchase a flapper hinge repair kit 8201756 it'll have everything you need including instructions. and here are some basic access instructions "SERVICING THE ICE AND WATER DISPENSER The new ice and water dispenser is a simplified design, using half the number of parts as the previous design. Since the new dispenser is ?foamed-in? the freezer door, it cannot be removed as an assembly, however it can be easily serviced. Following are the steps for disassembly: Electrical Shock Hazard Disconnect power before servicing. Failure to do so can result in death or electrical shock. 1. Unplug the refrigerator power cord. 2. Remove the overflow grille from the housing. 3. Unsnap front cover at the bottom of the housing. (inert a large flaat blade screw driver into the two slots molded into the bottom edge of the dispenser facade, and twist or pry out on the bottom, use a pad or the drip grille to keep from damaging the door panel ). 4. Disconnect the front cover switch harness connector and set the cover aside. 5. Disconnect the power wire harness connector (BL/BK and W wires). 6. Disconnect the flapper door heater wire harness connector (if one is present). 7. Release the dispenser microswitch retainers and slide the switches off of their locator pins. Carefully handle the switches so they do not come apart. 8. Disconnect the wires from the terminals of the lamp holder.9. Remove the two 1/4? hex head screws from the control bracket and remove the control bracket. 10. Remove the 1/4? hex head screw to remove the water fitting (fill spout) from the water dispenser lever. 11. Unsnap the ice guide and remove it from the ice dispenser lever. 12. Remove the air pot by sliding the rear of the air pot out of the slot molded to the dispenser housing and slip the linkage out of the flapper door mechanism assembly. 13. Unsnap the flapper door and remove it from the ice dispenser lever. While you remove the flapper door, carefully guide the flapper door heater wire and connector over the door mechanism assembly. 14. Remove the 1/4? hex head screw securing the dispenser levers pivot retainer to the dispenser housing and remove the retainer. 15. Remove the water dispenser lever. 16. Remove the ice dispenser lever by maneuvering it around the door mechanism assembly. 17. Pull the pin from the door mechanism assembly and remove the spring and mechanism assembly. 18. Reassemble in reverse order." Thanks and Good Luck
