Northgavet June 22, 2018 for Model Number WTW4800XQ4 Hi, my Whirlpool washer from Lowes, about 5 yrs old, has progressively gotten louder banging during spin cycles, you can see the tub hitting the cabinet. the level is fine and it is every load, no matter how well balanced. From perusing your site, I would presume the most likely repair(s) needed are the support rods ,suspension, drive block, and possibly tub ring. I can find all but the suspension rods/springs on your site. Do you have these? My thoughts are to get the parts, get the repair videos, and give it a try. We are far away from any repair services. I'll pick out a new washer first...just in case! Thanks!~northgavet
Thomas H January 25, 2017 for Model Number 11020022013 In my observing the tub rings I did not see my one that matches my mo # 11020022013. Do you have a tube ring for my mo.# ? You have the spring rods.

1 Answer Hello Julio. It sounds like the suspension rods are bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. Read More...
