Ben July 12, 2022 for Model Number 66512793K311 Does this sump replacement come with the Diverter motor shaft grommet/seal? I'm trying to find a replacement seal, but I can't find that sold by itself. I want to make sure it comes with this sump replacement before purchasing it because I don't need a new sump at all.
Papaloco May 13, 2022 for Model Number KDTM404EES1 Dishes on lower rack aren't being cleaned. About 3 months ago I had to pull dishwasher out and clean the SS filter when someone put jars with labels in it and clogged the filter and spray arm. Broke the spray arm trying to clean it so it was replaced put it back together and it worked great almost as new. Now all of a sudden the dishes on lower rack are not clean and the dishes on the top rack are clean. Lower arm is moving, where to look next? diverter motor?
1 Answer Hello Papaloco, If the model number is actually KDTM404EBS1, you will need to remove the spray arms and access the WPW10476221 diverter disc, (diffuser), for any paper from the labels or other debris.
