1 Answer MJ, Thanks for the question!!! Sounds like you need to look at where the outlet power is going. Check your terminal block and wiring going out from there. It only makes sense that there is an issue with the power getting to burners and control. Don't forget to check that the terminal block is getting the 220 as the issue could be in the power cord.
