Steve, The first thing to check is the heigth of the drain pipe. In order to hold the water in the tub properly, the top of the drain pipe must be 38 to 39 inches above the floor level. and make sure the end of the drain hose is not stuffed or sealed to the drain pipe.

Hello Juan. Check and make sure the unit is draining properly. If not, you will need to check and see if the drain pump W10536347 is bad. If so, it will cause the problems your having, and will need to be replaced. Hope this helps.

Hello Fred. Does the unit spin? If not, you may have a bad lid switch 3949247V. You will need to check and see if the lid switch is bad or broke. The syphon break is used to prevent the machine from syphoning through the drain hose. Hope this helps.
