Hello Mickey. Try filling up the washer on a different water temperature. If it will fill on hot, and not on cold, You will need to replace the water valve WP21001932. If it does not fill on either, you may have a bad lid switch 12001187 or pressure switch 21001882. Hope this helps.

Hello Mitterando. You will need to look for plastic shavings in the bottom of the machine. If there are some, the snubber ring WP21002026 will need to be replaced to balance the machine. Hope this helps.

Hello Tom. You will need to raise the drain hose above the tub of the machine. Also check and make sure there is an air gap where the drian hose enters the drain pipe. Hope this helps.

If you disconnect the washer from the power outlet and you continue to get water flowing in. The valve is 100% defective and you will need to replace it. If the water is not getting completly drained out then you have to re arrange your drain hose to allow proper drainage. The top of the standpipe must be at least 39" (99 cm) high and no higher than 96" (244 cm) from the bottom of the washer. To avoid siphoning, no more than 8" (20.3 cm) of drain hose should be inside the standpipe. Secure drain hose with beaded tie strap.
