John, There should be an adjustment for the door on the unit which will allow the door to be raised. If you cannot find them then you will want to adjust the level of the unit which will allow the door to adjust and raise the door to the correct level.

John, Check and make sure all four leveling legs/rollers are on solid flooring, make sure the refrigerator is level in both directions(or slightly higher in front(1/4"), check the center hinge(lower hinge) to be tight and mounted properly. Check the left door lower door bushing WP67002721 for excess wear and replace and lubricate as necessary. You will then need to adjust the left front leveling leg/roller until the doors are aligned.

Bernard, You will want to remove the rear wall in the freezer compartment and then will want to check to see if the evaporator coils are iced up. If the evaporator is iced up then you will want to test the defrost heater and defrost thermostat to make sure that they have continuity. If this checks ok then the control will be the issue. The control part number is WPW10503278.

Hello Jay, There should be a screw retaining the assembly. Upon removal, it should slip up and off of the hinge points, allowing access to the electrical connection. Once it is removed, it will be loose from the unit. Install in the reverse order.

Hello Kevin. It sounds like you may have a defrost problem with the unit. Check and see if there is any frost build up on the evaporator coils in the freezer. If so, you will need to test the defrost heater and the defrost thermostat. They should read closed for continuity when cold. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. I will include a link at the end to assist you how to use the multi-meter if needed. If both parts are good, you will need to replace the defrost timer. Once the problem is repaired, you will need to thaw out the ice on the coils before the unit will operate properly. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html

Hello Carol, You can certainly change this part. There will be one screw holding it so it cannot slip off of the retention clips. It will slip straight up and off of the clips. Once you unplug one wire harness, it will be loose from the appliance. The new part installs in the reverse order.

Nelson, If the vertical mullion is staying open when you open the door instead of flatting to the door then you would need a new vertical mullion WP12722803B.
