Marty Ma. March 26, 2013 for Model Number MF I2568AES When I want to get water; the water doesn't come out as fast as before. I replaced the filter with the recommended one but still doesn't flow fast. When I bypass the filter, the water flows very fast. The ice maker works great. I thought the filters were defective but I have replaced several of them. What could be the trouble?

1 Answer Hello Jared, In order to replace the water tank on this unit you will first need to pull unit out and turn off water. Remove lower cover on back of unit and disconnect water line. You then need to remove the shelving in the refrigerator compartment. pull filter out and cover off filter head. Using flat blade screwdriver, put in holes in panel of back wall to release the clips to remove panel. You will then pull out the water tank and disconnect from water valve. Reinstall in reverse. King Kev July 23, 2012 for Model Number MFI2568AES My refrigerator began making noise when we were using the water on the door and when the ice maker was refilling. I have narrowed down my problem to be the Water Tank Filter Head Assembly. Does your part#AP4014201 come with instructions?
1 Answer King Kev, No the replacement part will not likely have an instruction sheet. But here are the instructions from the manual : WATER TANK 1. Turn water off to unit. 2. Disconnect water line that supplies water tank from water supply. 3. Remove crispers and shelves from right side of fresh food compartment. 4. Remove covers on back bulkhead by inserting screwdriver in slots to release tabs. 5. Disconnect water line from outlet of tank to inlet of water valve by holding tubing collar stationary and pulling water tube out of valve. 6. Remove water tank and tubing. 7. I got the water working but have a leak in head assemble by were the filter gos in. Does your water tank valve/head assy come with the connection to hook it up to the water supply line?
