Live and learn, never put items up against the back of your refrigerator stopping the airflow. I did this and caused the water line to freeze. In an attempt to fix it, I used a heat gun and accidentally warped the parts in the water filter assembly. By replacing all three of the items listed that fit perfectly the problem was solved.
