Replaced 4 of the suspension springs with new brackets. I looked up my washer, looked at the diagrams, watched your video which made things a lot easier! Took the washer apart, found the problem, ordered the parts from you and the washer was put back together and working within 3 days! Love your website! This is also the second time we have used your website and were extremely happy both times! Saved us a lot of money! Read more

I installed all the necessary parts that I received from you and it works great, now. I received the parts in good time without overnighting them. I had the whole washing machine apart and went through it all before ordering parts. Tear down and assembly was easy. I just took my time. The washer is 17 years old and was well built. It was worth it compared to what is on the market today, and cheaper. Read more

Researched this kenmore washer on-line and found the problem to be the lid switch. Saw a diagram on how to jump this switch by connecting a wire to both outside wires on the harness and voila! It worked! This is not a fix but it allowed me to finish the load of unwashed clothes and told me which part was bad (do not run washer jumped like this.......fire hazard!) Ordered the lid switch and it was an easy repair. A $14.00 switch was a lot cheaper than a $450.00 washer. Thanks appliance parts... Read more
