Rear panel pad cushions and insulates the appliance's rear cabinet to reduce vibration, noise and rubbing against the back panel. Replacing a damaged pad helps stop rattles and protects internal components from wear. What it does:

• Provides rear-cabinet cushioning and thermal/abrasion protection for the back panel.

• Always disconnect power (and gas, if applicable) before starting any repair.
• Remove the rear access panel to access the pad; replace using the original mounting points, adhesive or clips.
• Inspect surrounding insulation and mounting hardware; replace any damaged fasteners.

This agitator cap is the top cover for the washer agitator/auger assembly, keeping the agitator hardware protected and holding the auger components in place. It restores a finished appearance and ensures the agitator operates without interference. What it does:

• Covers and protects the agitator bolt and internal auger components from debris and fabric
• Helps keep the agitator secure and centered during wash cycles
• Can reduce rubbing or noise caused by a cracked, loose, or missing cap
• Supports proper fit of the agitator assembly for smooth agitation
