Removed bottom cover, located leak at float switch, removed and replaced float switch kit. The toughest part of the repair was removing the Float & Retainer Assembly (in the interior of the machine tank) which broke when I pushed it back and pulled it straight up as suggested in the service manual. 1. Ran white vinegar through the wash cycle, twice. Helped a little. 2. Used pointed objects to clean holes in spray arms. 3. Replaced all spray arms with new parts ordered from you. 4. We scoured the web and there are few references to this so I want to add it in case it helps. Replacing hinges solved the popping opening issue.
