Removed front wall of dryer, disconnected electrical from wall(first thing). Disconnect front door switch, remove tub, remove felt, clean, used compressed air to blow out all dust from heater assembly. Used compressed air to blow out all lint catch line parts. Used electrical contact cleaner to clean all electrical connections where dust and lint had gathered. I put the new motor pulley on and re-attached the belt. I watched a crap ton of YouTube videos and performed what the professionals did. I ate food before the repair so my body would perform as a top ranked athlete. I moved my body in multiple positions between sitting down and kneeling over.
