I initially decided to replace the flame sensor (most common failure), the high cut-off thermostat, the thermistor & moisture sensor (since the auto cycle didn’t seem to work at all), and the igniter (after I may have damaged it while cleaning the heat chamber). I took the entire dryer apart with assistance from well documented youtube videos. However, there were no videos for entire wiring harness replacement on YouTube so I took pictures of every part of the wiring harness and where each attachment went. The harness fit perfectly and all connections aligned perfectly with the pictures I took to repair the dryer. The wiring harness was top quality and even better than the OEM version. At first I thought it was the dryer belt. The drum would spin freely with no resistance. I went to Youtube to find a instructional video on how to change the belt. After a few short steps on had access to the dryer belt. To my dismay it wasn't the belt at all. I realized after doing a quick inspection that the idler wheel used to put tension on the belt had broken and was causing the issues.
