Took door off, saw that dispenser linkage was ok, I could open and close by hand, so figured the wax motor or the wiring to it were most likely the problem. I took off the wax motor ( actuator) and ran 120 volts to it via jumper wires, and it did not move at all, so figured good chance that was the problem. I replaced both the door seal and the lower door seal. The lower seal was a bigger job and I used a number of YouTube videos to walk me through it. It was a pain, but it worked. Had I called the appliance store the following would have happened - After a week they come out and verify, yet it is leaking and they will need to come back in a week or so after ordering parts. The dishwasher was leaking from the lower right corner of the door. I ordered new seals for the door perimeter and the base. As I pulled the hinge covers, I noted that the right hinge bushing was damaged. Ordered a new drain hose and coupling to attach to the garbage disposal. Parts arrived in less than a day, awesome. Watched video on your site showing how to do it. Video is good but I needed to remove from base plate and side panel attached with star screws to get to the point the video showed. Read more

The plastic clips and connections finally gave way. Opening the door meant that all the electronics on the top controlls would just drop out. I removed aboy 10 screws and this gave me access to the power button and all the setting buttons. They were dirty. I cleaned them with alcohol wipes and applied them to the new facia.
