WATCH THE VIDEOS THEY PUT ON YOUTUBE. Basically: You have to remove the front and top of the washing machine, including the door and door seal. Then you must disconnect all wires, hoses, struts and springs from the tub. Once the tub is free, it will be sitting on the bottom of the washing machine housing and can be slipped out through the front.
