Note that unlike the picture, it has two sets of wires: a 6 pin on the side and a (not shown) 2 pin coming out of the white plastic top. For this particular model you do not need to set it on its side as other commenters mention for their model. Researched problem on internet, problem code indicated a dirty level sensor, advice was to purchase a new one. I ordered one from Appliance Parts Pros over the internet,, it,, amazingly arrived the next day. I installed the part, ran a couple of loads, it now runs fine...I saved the old one will clean it,,all gummed up with crud and keep it for a spare. Original lasted about 2.5 years.
