I called samsung they said it was the control panel. I asked them for someone to service it and they give Me a company to call and they would not cme to do the service it was to far to go to do it. I called 3 more times and still got no help from samsung. I then called parts pros looked up the part and order it and it came in two days. To put the part in the dishwaser I removed 12 torx scews from the insde of the door, unpluged the control panel, removed the door skin, took two philips screws... Read more
