After determining that others who had this problem fixed it by replacing the circuit board, I decided to try that. Not knowing which of the two circuit boards was the problem, I purchased and replaced both. My original intent was to try replacing only one at a time, but since I had difficulty getting the pieces reassembled, I replaced both and called it a day. Due to manufacturer changes, the idler assembly is no longer included. If needed use part number DC93-00634A. For the motor bracket only use part number DC61-01213A.
