Upper spray arm nozzle assembly for dishwashers. Attaches to the bottom of the upper rack. Replace if seal is worn, nozzle falls off, or assembly is cracked.
Seals the motor shaft at the sump bottom to prevent leaks. Replace if you see water pooling under the dishwasher or a flashing heavy light error code.
Research indicated that it may be a moisture sensor failure or a leak. It ended up being a leak from the oil seal on the motor shaft. A small piece of plastic made it's way into the system. The hot water softened it enough that it wrapped around the motor shaft, re-hardened, then tore into the shaft seal. I fixed it by replacing the shaft seal, moisture sensor (corrodes when it gets wet), and replaced the sump seal since I had it disassembled. Read more

Prevents leaks around the distributor shaft in your dishwasher's sump assembly. Replace if you see water pooling or error codes. Confirm fit by model.
Based on the apparent relation to draining that I found on the internet I decided to open/unscrew the areas under the bottom rack where the water is pumped out. One obvious issue I observed was the drain check valve was turned and not functioning. It appeared to be swollen and stretched. When the new "Vane-Check" valve arrived it was not swollen and fit perfectly. I assume heat swells it up over time. I replaced three other seals while I had it apart. The one under the chopping blade was... Read more

Started by replacing the upper and middle spray arms. After that no change, dishes in the upper rack not clean. Suspected low water pressure was causing the problem. Next, I replaced the water delivery tubing. Still no change, in fact now the dishes in the lower rack were not getting clean now. Next, I decided to replace the impeller.
