Removed the two phillips screws that hold the glass top down. Lift glass top and hold it up with a piece of wood. Before removing screws that hold the two stove elements, tape the one not being removed with box tape. Mark where the element holding slots not being removed. Draw yourself a wiring diagram of which color goes where, remove wires, remove the two screws and pull element out with holding bracket still on it. Simple fix. Power off, remove 14 screws, lift top (use wood blocks to hold), unplug white and black wires from fan motor, twist motor assembly counter clockwise and lift to remove. Take new fan motor and do steps in the reverse. Worked like a champ.
