Dishwasher pump leak Lester P. • Brazil , IN • March 15, 2015
I first thought the leak came from the pump assembly rear o ring. I was wrong. The water was leaking from the pump. The pump assembly was shipped in 1 1/2 days with 2 more o rings. I lubed the o rings with dish soap, they slid in perfectly. reinstalled the clamp and screws and was ready to reinstall the dishwasher. Worked great. Next time I will buy the pump the first time. Buying the o rings separately adds $$.

Dishwasher: broken door spring Brian M. • Orlando , FL • September 26, 2014
This repair could have killed or maimed me -- really! Left door spring snapped. Online search, APP was only source with both door spring and linkage. Discovered link for APP repair-instruction video (not very well marked on parts page). This well-done video really helped build my confidence. Common sense told me to also replace unbroken spring and both linkages. Parts + shipping = $75 -- wow, that hurt. Surprised how fast the parts shipped & arrived by ground! This is going to be easy! ...

A cover had stripped and the lower spray arm came off and was melting on a heating coil Scott R. • Portland , OR • December 13, 2014
The cover was easy to remove with 3 star head screws. I entered my model number on AppliancePartsPros.com dreading the cost I was about the encounter. However, the parts were very cheap, in stock, and shipped within an hour of my order. I had a question about the tracking number and received an email back in less than an hour. The cost for both parts and standard shipping was under $30. Once I received the parts, the new cover was installed, the rest of the assembly was put back back...

Busted top rollers stubborn washers Petra S. • Westminster , CO • August 31, 2015
Dishwasher worked fine except the top rack would keep coming off the rails, could see the rollers needed replacement. Washer is 10 years old, and in that time the rollers had become brittle and broken. At first tried to use old screw and washer, but washer was impossible to remove from screw as I have hard water and the calcium deposits seemingly cemented it. Order this screw and washer set and within 5 minutes of getting easily replaced the old rollers. The video was very helpful, as was the...

Circulation motor leaking Steve W. • Frederick , MD • November 18, 2019
Following the great video on the site, I pulled the motor off and was about to put the o-rings on when I noticed there was rust on the motor shaft. Very close inspection showed the o-rings were still good. Not having time to order a motor, and a local store was having a sale, I replaced the whole unit.
