Removed the freezer shelves and back panel, evaporator coils were frozen with ice. Inlet valve to icemaker
I replaced the valve that turns the water flow on/off to the door and to the ice maker. It was allowing water to seep internally past it's seals. Replacing the valve solved both problems. Simple job, no more than 10 minutes start to finish.. Read more
