All of the information on the web repair sites said "replace the hinges as the springs are worn out." Didn't fix the problem. The top of the door still wouldn't seal, and the. Leaning latch wouldn't catch the door unless you pressed on the door. The inside panel of the door was fatigued. Too many turkeys were set on the door over the years. Removed the lower storage drawer. Removed the burner grates from the gas cook top. Unplugged the power. Pulled the stove out from the counter. Open the oven door. remove the oven racks. Remove the convection fan cover (4 screws). remove the nut holding the fan (note the nut has left hand threads).Remove the protective sheet metal cover from the back of the oven (6 screws), Disconnect the (3) wires from the convection motor (note wire placement).
