Thanks to the AppliancePartsPro, I ordered it online and received it quickly. I even used the step by step directions on how to replace the tube from the AppliancePartsPro website. Just be very careful and review the instructions first. Couple of important things: 1. This refrigerator dispenser funnel extension attaches at the front of the dispenser to better direct the stream into your cup. Replacing a cracked or missing extension reduces splashing and helps keep the dispenser area cleaner.

The auger gearbox shaft had a spot that was stripped of threads which prevented the auger drive from spinning the ice down the chute. I replaced the auger motor/gearbox assembly, the auger drive as it had to be cut off the shaft, and the 3 mount bolts that hold it all in place. This evaporator fan bracket secures the evaporator fan assembly behind the rear panel. A rigid, correct-fit mount preserves blade clearance and airflow across the evaporator coils for steady temperatures while minimizing vibration and noise.
The problem was most likely the evaporator fan motor but it could have been a bad blade, loose parts or bad motor mounts. Hard to tell without taking everything apart and inspecting. The hinge broke on the ice dispenser funnel and housing. I took them off and replace them, putting the old switches and bulb in the new housing.
