Was an easy swap. Ordered the pieces, got them withing two days. Didn't realize a hair dryer would melt so much of the plastic pieces that I couldn't even see while trying to defrost the water line in the door. Next time it happens I will just empty the freezer and leave the door open for a few hours. Will save me from making this mistake again. Thankfully easy to replace the parts myself and not too expensive. Read more

The rear wheel assembly (wheel WRO2X10695 and axle WRO1X10604) that was more involved as the original wheel axle is actually a rivet that you have to cut out. 1. I used a vibrating multitool with a carbide blade to cut the axle out. Had to use a pair of vise grips to hold the rivet to keep it from spinning while cutting it. 2. The new axle I drilled a 2mm hole thru the... Read more

I had to disassemble the ice bucket, there were three screws to remove the cover, one screw and a tension spring that holds the bar in place that controls ice cubes from crushed ice. The hardest part was removing the plastic chamber where the ice crushing blades are attached to the auger, I had to use a couple of butter knives to spread the outer ice bucket away from the inner ice chamber because they had those funky plastic lock-in tabs that lock the ice chamber in place to the ice bucket. I... Read more
