I talked to the online help chat and between us decided to buy a new panel, it arrived I followed the easy instructions and installed it. I turned the power back on and it didn't light up so I thought darn I have the wrong part, ordered more and waited, later that day it started to work so new order was cancelled and it is still working great. Replaced the keypad with the new part kit. Just wish the right and left end caps were still available, I would have just replaced them as well. Read more
