First I spent time researching. Then I looked at the control panel, which to my DIY eye looked great. Then I replaced the overload and run capacitor. And that fixed the problem. The repair itself took less than 15 minutes but I spent about 30 additional minutes researching and watching repair videos. Pulled the relay off of the condenser motor (3 pin connection) and removed 2 wire feeds. Reversed the procedure for the install. Ordered the new relay and decided to replace the run capacitor as well just to be safe.
