I have one of those combo units with the microwave on top and the oven on the bottom. The thermometer switch located on the upper right side mounted on top of the magnetron read open on a continuity test. Replaced the thermal fuse. Everything works fine now. Replaced the control board. The top plastic panel on the microwave is held in place with screws and glue, and is very fragile, so I broke mine when trying to take it off, be careful. Read more

Replaced the whole right side panel. take 3 screws from the top and slide the grille to your left. then remove one more screw for the panel. push it up, disconnect the wires then reconnect to the new panel. this panel was about $150 and the original cost of the moven about $300. Most likely not worth fixing but it was much easier than replacing the whole unit. These companies make the units so cheap it's crazy. Probably costs them $25 to manufacture, too. Ordered new film, cut to size with a T square and an exacto knife, use old film as a template. Round corners with a nail clipper. Apply to inside of door, good as new in 15 minutes! Great service, speedy too. Read more
