Replaced oven lamp holder. Easy job. Took 10 minutes. Shut breaker to stove off. Removed 2 screws. Removed old lamp holder. Replaced the bulb with a standard appliance bulb, recommended wattage, but the "gasket" behind the ring holding the glass cover over the bulb looked like a mat of fiberglass. It was almost impossible to get back into place without tufts of it sticking out of the metal ring. Replaced with new disc element. Only problem was getting old unit out as the screws were difficult to removed. Had to use some liquid wrench. After that, an easy job. Read more
