This was my first time working on any stove or stove top....the hard part was getting to the gas valves for each burner...found videos online which gave some idea of replacing them...just used common sense in which screws to remove to take the top and subpanels off.....had to go and purchase the correct socket size to remove the tiny screws....using an adjustable wrench was clunky....vice grips helped some......once I was able to remove one gas valve it was clear on removing the spark... Not a very easy job. 1st you must disconnect gas lines, electric and blower fan. 2nd you must completely lift out the whole Jenn-Air unit and set it on 2x4 over the existing cutout, then you take off all the knobs, grills, burners off the cooktop.
