Went to the GE website and found the diagram and operating manuals for my model of microwave . Located the necessary parts that needed to be replaced and then purchased them on AppliancePartsPros.com at a savings. Repair was a 15 minute event and microwave now enters cooking mode and door shuts and stays shut just like before it was broken. Read more
I ordered the cover, fan and clip to hold the cover in place at the top of the microwave. Took me less than 3 minutes to fix. Very easy and the parts dept at AppliancePartsPro are excellent. Read more
I had just bought the Microwave and the wave guide was broken. I ordered a new one and it snapped right in. I had to be real careful, it is a real thin piece of Mica board. They didn't send me the plastic insert that helps hold it in. The old plastic insert was broke. Read more
Ordered the seal tape (the name "tape" is kind of misleading as it is actually a sheet of protective film)..it arrived promptly....pulled the backing off and stuck it in place. Read more
