Leaks from around the door and from the pump motor Samuel M. • Sudbury , MA • January 12, 2016
1. To fix the leaks from around the door, I replaced the upper and lower door seals. These were purchased in a separate transcation, so they are not the parts shown here. The upper door seal worked as intended, but the lower seal would not stay in place on the lower edge of the door during a wash. Therefore I cleaned the grease and detergent off the old seal, and installed using silicone sealer/adhesive. The plastic edge pieces for the lower seal were supplied with the kit, and they installed...

Wife reported dishwasher not working and left bag of parts for me to examine that she found inside the washer Ahlberg A. • Colorado Springs , CO • November 28, 2016
Although we had a service contract with Sears I elected to take a quick look to see what was wrong. There were 3 problems: 1 - retainer thumb screw had broken and appeared to have been damaged for some time showing scummy buildup along the line where the threads finally separated from the knob, 2 - after removing the lower spray arm, observed that the pump seal was visibly distended and exposed, and 3 - the 3rd level wash arm spinner disk was in the parts bag and the stainless steel sweat-fit...

Note: There are four wheel assemblies includes with this rack. The flexible tine rows are not included. This is a lower dishrack assembly for a dishwasher. This part holds the dishes during the washing and drying cycles. Note that this is only the lower dishrack assembly and the upper dishrack assembly is sold separately. Over time, the lower dishrack assembly may begin to rust or the coating may wear off. It is also possible that sections of the part could break due to degradation over time. If this happens, the entire lower dishrack assembly will need to be replaced. The lower dishrack assembly is compatible with dishwashers that are manufactured by the Kenmore, KitchenAid, and Whirlpool brands. It comes straight from the manufacturer and is sold individually. It's a genuine, high-quality, and durable OEM part.

Bottom dish rack was missing most of the tines Lysa G. • Oregon , WI • July 25, 2014
We moved into a home with a nice dishwasher but the bottom rack was useless without the tines. Local appliance dealer said it would be cheaper to buy a new machine, but this was a high end machine, just a bit dated. Found the replacement at Appliancepartspros.com and for 150.00 I now have a perfectly fine new "to me" machine!

This inlet base seal is a gasket that fits between the inlet base and its mating surface. Replacing a worn seal helps maintain proper airflow through the inlet path and keeps spills and debris out of internal components.
- Forms a tight, continuous seal at the inlet base-to-housing joint
- Helps preserve correct airflow through the inlet path
- Blocks liquids, grease, and crumbs from leaking into the appliance interior
- Replace if the seal is cracked, flattened, brittle, loose, or you see visible gaps
What's included: One inlet base seal.
- Disconnect power to the appliance before servicing
- Remove grates/cartridges, filters, or trim as needed to access the inlet base
- Clean and dry mating surfaces; install the new seal in the same orientation without stretching or twisting
- Reassemble and verify the seal sits evenly with no gaps

- Common symptoms include a loose or floppy handle, door not latching or starting, or door opening mid-cycle
What's included:
Install notes:
- Disconnect power at the breaker and shut off water before servicing

- Note spring orientation and attachment points before removal; transfer the new spring to the same tabs/holes

I ordered extra parts because they were on sale. I also picked up the heating element and thermal Fuse too. The actual problem was the Cycling thermostat opened up on us. It was an easy fix. Its great that you have repair videos on your site.

What's included:
- One overfill control switch (float switch)
