The Ice Funnel is an OEM replacement part for LG refrigerators. It is a component located within the ice maker assembly that guides freshly made ice cubes from the mold out into the storage bin. The precisely formed ice funnel ensures ice cubes are directed efficiently into the bin, preventing jams or blockages.
Causes of a bad ice funnel can include cracks or breaks that disrupt proper ice flow. Damage may occur over multiple ice harvests due to repeated pressure.

This OEM replacement part is a washer door assembly. The washer door assembly consists of the main components that make up the front door of the washer. Over time, a washer door can become inoperable due to excessive wear and tear. If the washer door is no longer shutting or opening properly or is damaged to the point of inoperability, it will need to be replaced.To replace the washer door, start by making sure the washer is unplugged. Once it has been powered off, proceed to open the door. Locate the screws that attach the hinges to the door. Unthread the screws and lift the door off from its hinges. Set the old door to the side and proceed to place the new door on its hinges. Fasten the screws that secure it. Once secured, open and close the new door to make sure it is functioning properly.This authentic OEM part is sourced directly from the manufacturer and is compatible with LG brand washers.
I contacted All Appliance Live Chat . The told me I needed to buy the entire door which was reasonably priced. They gave me the correct part number. I replaced the door by removing 6 screws (5 minutes) and the washer works fine. Very happy with Appliance Part. This is my 2nd successful repair using them. Read more

After checked the cooling coil on the back of freezer showing ice built up around the coil, I thought defrost heater did not working that cause a lot of ice blocking cold air traveling. While waiting the new defrost heater, I plugged in refrigerator through a timer that off and on every 6 hours. If not, refrigerator will turn off itself every 7-8 hours and make refrigerator not cooling several hours during the time I am not home and sleeping. I did an Internet search and found your site. You're customer service representative was friendly and courteous, asked me what I needed. I gave her the refrigerator model number which is all I had. She spent the time needed to find the right bulb. LG doesn't provide great documentation but she cross referenced and double checked she had the right one. She encouraged me to buy two so I had a spare (a great idea). I got my bulb two days and fit perfectly. It was a great experience!! Read more
