I took the entire dryer apart with assistance from well documented youtube videos. However, there were no videos for entire wiring harness replacement on YouTube so I took pictures of every part of the wiring harness and where each attachment went. At first I thought it was the dryer belt. The drum would spin freely with no resistance. I went to Youtube to find a instructional video on how to change the belt. After a few short steps on had access to the dryer belt. To my dismay it wasn't the belt at all. I realized after doing a quick inspection that the idler wheel used to put tension on the belt had broken and was causing the issues.
