Popping the old draw glides off was the toughest part of the job, ad even that was fairly easy, once I noticed the little retaining tabs near the front of the drawer. Pushed in on the tabs, while pushing back on the drawer glide rail and it popped right off. One minor problem I did note: When the rollers were installed on the shoulder screws, they would not turn. Easy, after I found out the stop is removed by inserting a small screwdriver in the notch in the side, and that the stop is removed by pushing down on it rather than up, like you would normally think. There was some residue left in the bottom hole which had to be dug out with my pocket knife, before inserting the new stop. I discovered that the rear portion of the control housing, the condensate collector which diverts the water through the back panel into the drain line, had broken. To remove the housing there is one screw centered towards the front which must be removed, then a screw at each end of the control face which only need to be loosened.
