This is the longer of the two dispenser lid hinge pins. For the shorter lid hinge pin order WPY912679.
The foam was shot on the detergent cup lid. Hard as a rock. Causing caking problems, dribble down the inside wall of the door and leaving lumps of detergent. Cut the door in half wit aviation snips and pulled out the two halves. Discovered at this point that the spring had gone soft. Bought one ahead of time, so I was set. Put the spring on the left pin, put the spring pin in the door, slipped the door into place (open) and put the right pin in with pliers. Door snaps open now. Read more

Here's the story. All my appliances except the dryer broke. Yeah. talk about bad luck. First I tried to fix the refrigerator. Replaced both motherboard and inverter board. Now it wakes up but the compressor does not kick in. Need another part. The washer, well I have to pull out the sink to get enough room to pull out the washer to fix it. Since the refriigerator is still in the middle of the kitchen, I don't need to tear apart another room. Nevertheless, let me say this, I love my "older"... Read more

Researched on web. Figured it out from your site. Spoke to helpful representative who confirmed fit. Ordered part Arrived timely as promised. The only thing that would have helped more would have been instructions. The stop rack cap came in parts in a mold. We finally figured out we had to snap them apart. No big deal. All in all a great experience. Read more
This small rubber grommet seals the opening around the dishwasher's detergent/rinse-aid dispenser, helping prevent leaks and moisture intrusion so the dispenser operates reliably throughout the wash cycle.
After discovering your web site and reading of others issues I ordered a door seal (my old one was a little short on the right side) a detergent door grommet, and the 2 water deflectors ( I decided to cover all the bases while I was at it. Very simple job with the information provided on your web site. I certainly have the confidence to tackle other appliance repair now. Read more
This O-ring seal fits into a groove to create a tight, leak-resistant barrier where two parts join. Replacing a worn O-ring helps stop drips at connections and keeps your appliance running reliably. What it does:
I first wanted to get the dishwasher running, before ordering the spring links. So I disassembled the pump / motor assembly to determine the reason the motor would not start. My wife cleaned all of the parts in the pump assembly. I took the motor apart and discovered that the lower bearing ( a sleeve type bearing) was dry and dirty, and was the culprit for the motor seizing. I cleaned up the bearing and lubricated it with SAE 20W. I also packed felt inside the cavity adjacent to the bearing.... Read more

Replaced the control board after removing the inner door liner, plastice board cover and board itself, by removing screws, working various plastic clips/tabs and unclipping wire harnesses from board. most of time was spent cleaning the black soot from the door, which had a terrible burnt electrical/plastic fire smell. Cleaned mold/scale off of as much of the door as I could while in there as well. Removing parts without breaking plastic tabs to hold the new parts was trickiest part. Read more

The part came next day! I was shocked at how fast the shipping was. I turned the dishwasher on its side used a pair of pliers and a rubber mallet to get the old wheel off( was not easy) once it was off I had to get the plastic off the new wheel , and that was really hard took some elbow grease but finally after about 10 mins I got it off and simply pushed in the new wheel and used the rubber mallet to secure it and my dishwasher now rolls around like new.
