This small strainer sits inside the washer's water inlet valve and screens out sand, rust, and sediment from the supply lines. Replacing a clogged or missing screen restores normal fill flow and helps protect the valve.
The machine would not run a full cycle before it cut off and had the code "FE" and water was too high. The water inlet valve needed to be replaced since it was letting in too much water at time. The repair was easy. Unplug machine and turn off cold water. Remove cold water line and drain water into bucket. Remove back two braces located at the top on each end of machine This will allow you to move top cove back about one inch. Pull back top cover about 1 inch then lift off cover. Remove... Read more

Mounting screw used to secure panels, trim, brackets, and small appliance components. Replace a missing or damaged fastener to restore proper fit, reduce vibration, and keep parts aligned for safe operation. What it does:
New parts did the trick. Very easy to replace. Did not need to replace the base agitator, the fabric dispenser, or the screw; but, while it was apart it was simple to do. Read more

Because the washer would stop mid cycle and would start again after some period of time, I presumed that there was something amiss in the drive train (i.e. motor, transmission, belt). Took the unit apart and discovered that two of the three brake pads were destroyed. Motor turned easily as did the transmission. Replaced the brake pads and reassembled. Now the washer doesn't stop as before, but will blow by all cycles never stopping to drain, spin, or rinse. It appears that they damaged... Read more
Store that sold the washer could not get the parts needed for 3 weeks due to delivery from factory. I told them I could get them with a week, I did and I was able to get a repairman in to do the job in 2 hours. Thanks to you. I didn't have the tool to replace the springs, that is why I had to get a serviceman in. I did not want to take the chance that the bracket was broken either. Read more

I replaced the worn parts. Removed the electric motor/pump assembly then took it to my motorcycle repair shop to clean/maintenance the motor, remove the old pump because it was stuck on the motor shaft. Once removed I blew out dust/debris from the motor w/compressed air. Sanded and filed the corrosion off the shaft, applied a "sealing grease" of sorts to the shaft to make potential future removal easier and reassembled. I took the whole wamma jamma home, reinstalled and wah-la, fixed. I am... Read more
