Went on line to look up part. couldn't fin the right part number so went to chat on line. tech was very helpful with assisting me and explained why the part kept coming up not combatable. the part they sent didn't work so went on line chat and they walk me through some checks and determine I needed to get the same part sent again for the one I had was bad. (thing like that just happen) when other part came in it worked just fine and replacement time for changing out part was 45 min. I am please... Read more

I ordered the parts, which arrived two days later. Using my handy dandy Phillips screw driver, I took out the old blower and installed the new one. Twenty minutes later the microwave was hanging on the wall making popcorn. And the blower worked fine! Read more
