Found the parts I needed on the Appliance Parts Pros website. Went to my local appliance store with the pictures from the website, and they did not agree that the replacement rack roller was what I needed. Watched a video on how to replace the switch. Took ten minutes total time. Hardest part was removing the wiring from the broken switch. Fit perfectly, and very happy . Read more

Spun each of the three wash arms by hand. All could be made to touch/scrape but the top one was super wabbly. Ordered both the arm and clip. Repair took less than a minute. Used a screwdriver to pry loose one side of the old clip to remove. Aligned the new parts and easily snapped into place. Read more

Replaced the control board after removing the inner door liner, plastice board cover and board itself, by removing screws, working various plastic clips/tabs and unclipping wire harnesses from board. most of time was spent cleaning the black soot from the door, which had a terrible burnt electrical/plastic fire smell. Cleaned mold/scale off of as much of the door as I could while in there as well. Removing parts without breaking plastic tabs to hold the new parts was trickiest part. Read more

I found the grid diagram behind the picture very helpful. I ordered this three other times from different companies and each time received the wrong one. they were all the same one that was too small and there was no way to tell until it arrived. once i git the correct one, all i had to do was twist it into the rinse aid dispenser. thank you. Ordered the part from AppliancePartsPro's, watched the video, new latch works perfect. I've repaired several appliances in my house by diagnosing simple problems going to AppliancePartsPro's diagram's, ordering the part and installing myself. Never had any problems. The bearing in the back of the dryer was tricky but worked great. Keep track of all parts when you disassemble and assemble in reverse order. Taking photos as you disassemble helps for referencing if you get stumped. Read more

Push buttons are membrane-type. The wiring inside the membrane corrodes over time (and heat and moisture) until it just doesn't work at all. The membrane is integrated with the top plastic panel - not separately replaceable. Replaced the control panel that's on the top of the door. Easy to fix! Disconnected the drain hose, supply hose, and electrical plug. Removed front 2 screws holding the dishwasher to the countertop. Pulled the unit out and replaced both hoses. Read more
