To get to it, the dishwasher has to be removed and positioned face-down (drain first, use towels/drop-cloth). Read more

The job should have been very easy after watching a youtube video but the panel was stuck on the bottom and it took a call to the AppliancePros customers service line to figure out I needed some extra effort to pry it loose. During the repair, the door latch broke and I had to order another one. Through all of this AppliancePros was extremely professional and responsive and delivery was excellent. Read more

Three possible reasons, door latch/ control board or control panel. It turned out the flat wire from the control panel was corroded. Changed the part and now washer works fine. The control panel was isolated as problem with use of multimeter. Read more
