The plastic piece on the handle where the screw goes in to hold glass door up had broke. I ordered new handle, the retainer pieces that go over the plastic pieces to lock it all in and screws that were suggested. The screws were the wrong ones. They were way too small. I already had one screw and thankfully only had to buy 1 new one because the screw was $40 and shipping’s $10 for it AND it’s on back order right now. This was pretty straightforward; however I did this alone, and had to use 3 vise grip pliers to GENTLY hold the seal as I worked it onto the drum. I followed the video to place the seal around the drum to stretch it prior to installation, but it was only marginally easier than the one I put on without doing this. Read more

I put the new hinge on the dryer door and then snapped in the new catch. Took all of 4 minutes. So happy to have the dryer back in working order. I ordered late on a Sunday and received the parts Tuesday. Great Service!! Read more
