I searched for the right part that I needed and tracked it down to AppliancePartsPros.Com. I did call and speak to someone in customer service about what would I do if I received the glass door broken, and was told that it is packed well and that shouldn't happen. If it should happen you can return it to us, no problem. Well, 2 days later(with regular shipping) the box was delivered to my doorstep. First purchased the Valve/Regulator kit. Installed it & oven was doing the same thing. Saw the notes on this website that it could possibly be the ignitor so I decided to try that. In my case, this unit has two ignitors exactly the same. One for the broiler (top) and one for the oven (bottom).
