Tried used parts (on Ebay) twice, but despite confirming that they should have worked, they did not. Slight differences in pic configuration. So decide to get the part new. AppliancePartPros had the best price I could find. Only eight screws to open it, then four more to remove and replace the board. Read more
Unfortunately, despite some dedicated efforts on the part Audrey Patrick and others, the problem was not solved. I replaced the door hinges, liner and gasket, but none of these solved what I believe is a flawed design. Thankfully, AppliancePartsPros generous return policy allowed me to pursue the repair without risking the cost of failure. My thanks to the company and to all those who were involved. Read more

Very easy fix. Remove oven door by just opening it slightly and pulling up. (an easy way to clean it too). Then, with a phillips screw driver, remove two screws holding the damaged element in place. Slowly pull the element toward the front a couple inched to expose the wires. Disconnect the wires (no tools needed), remove the old element and replace it with the new. Removed door , removed old trim piece ( 3 ) screws . Removed and cleaned front door glass and cleaned as well as the rest of the door while I had it off .Reinstalled front panel and new bottom trim. Read more
Used thick pad on kitchen table to hold oven door. Open door to first position (broil) and used soft leather gloves to lift up and remove. Door is heaver than it looks. Used screw driver to remove all screws from bottom and side trims. Removed side trims then bottom trim. It was not part of the repair, but I removed front glass to clean. Ordered Electronic Control Board on Wednesday, was notified of back order but received it within 5 days. Easy to replace, remove four screws from back of stove, then four more from the control panel. Control display has rounded corners but unit has square corners, first thought was they had sent wrong panel but when removed panel from back of stove I seen that the old unit also was square. Left old panel connected except for end three prong connector until new panel installed then changed... Read more
