I removed the three screws on the right of the door securing the frame, popped off the bad frame, removed the two screws securing the handle, attached the handle to the new frame, snapped the new one onto the door, and re-installed the three screws.
NOTE: Work a regular sized flat-blade screwdriver under the top of the frame and pry it up-and-out to pop it off. You can use a little force, just work the top and handle-side edges of the and it wil start to "snap" off.
