We easily located and ordered a replacement vent cover and it arrived quickly. We were able to replace the piece very easily. We also received reinforcement metal clips to go over the plastic areas where the screws attach to the cover. I guess we weren't the only customers who've experienced this issue. Ordered the door from AppliancePartsPros.com, it came within a few days. After using live chat for assistance Nathan S. sent me a link to the YouTube video on how to remove and replace the door. We watched the video, followed along and had it all done with in a few short moments! The video was awesome, clear and easy to follow. Also replaced the filters while we had the grill removed.
