I referenced the diagram provided on the part page (http://www.appliancepartspros.com/door-parts-for-ge-psa1201rss01.html) to dissemble the door housing and expose the screws needed to remove the old handle and attach the new one. I goggled why my microwave would not heat and found an article on Appliance pros of 3 possibilities. 2 easy to fix..so I started with the first one which was the door switches. Followed the instructions and found the switches,removed them, brought them to my local Ace hardware to check connectivity. 2 of the 3 switches where bad.
